The application fee of $100 is non-refundable
The program fee includes:
-Tuition and fees
-$100 application fee
-Lodging
-Local transportation (ground and water transfers)
-International health insurance
-Guided excursions and experiential learning activities
-Equipment rental and program supplies
The program fee does not include the airfare.
The program fee is subject to change based on enrollment and increase in NAU tuition and university fees.
FINANCIAL COMMITMENT for FACULTY LED PROGRAMS
Once you finish all application materials you will submit your application. Once you apply, you will be charged the $100 application fee, which is refunded if your program does not meet minimum enrollment. At the time of application, you should plan as if your program will meet minimum enrollment. A submitted application means you are committing to the program if it reaches minimum enrollment.
At the time that your program meets minimum enrollment, you will be charged a $500 deposit and the remaining program costs. If you withdraw after minimum enrollment is met, you are responsible for the $100 application fee, the $500 deposit, and any non-recoverable costs that were incurred on your behalf exceeding the $500 deposit. If you withdraw within 60 days of the program start date, you will be responsible for the entire program fee with no refund.
