High School Momentum Study Abroad

The High School to NAU MSA program is an exciting opportunity created specifically for out-of-state and Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) students beginning their first year at NAU. This unique 6-credit program allows you to complete three General Studies requirements before or at the start of your first year, giving you a strong head start on your college journey.

HSM is designed to help you stay on track to earn 30 credits by the end of your first year, setting you up for academic success from day one. For the cost of just 6 credits of NAU in-state tuition, you will take part in an unforgettable 8–10 day international experience in Bali, Indonesia; Peru; or Portugal—equivalent to nearly 5% of your degree.

The program fee includes airfare from the designated major U.S. departure airport for your selected program, making global learning more accessible and affordable. Students are only responsible for arranging transportation from their hometown to the U.S. departure airport.

This is more than just a program—it’s a chance to begin college with credits completed, global experience on your résumé, and connections with fellow Lumberjacks before classes even begin.
