I thought that this program was such a great experience that I will always remember. I learned so much culturally, linguistically, and how to cook many amazing dishes with recipes that I will continually use to cook in the future. I am so glad that I participated and was able to get out of my comfort zone a little and fall in love with Italy.

Immersing myself in the Italian language, culture, and cuisine for a month was super worthwhile and fun--I wasn't ready (or wanting) to leave Siena once the program was over. Hands down one of my favorite life experiences thus far!

My first experience outside of our country was absolutely incredible! Even after such a short time,I felt as though I had completely immersed myself into the Italian culture through cuisine and language. Studying abroad was definitely the best decision I have made in college!

Not only was this program set up well, but it was a fantastic experience. I am so happy that I was given the opportunity to participate and study abroad in Italy. I will be recommending this to others!

The program was incredible! I really enjoyed all the excursions that we went on. I think they were well related to the things we were learning along with being interesting and things I would have actually wanted to do had I just been traveling on my own. I'm extremely glad for having gone on this study abroad program. I think it was a really good experience for my future in restaurants and hospitality.

Perfect program if you desire a slice if Italy. Siena is a beautiful city that has lovely classical renaissance style with amazing vistas throughout. Everyone is kind and friendly, especially at the restaurant. The cooking itself is fun and exciting while also practical if a person would like to continue at home. The little trips around Tuscany were always interesting and exciting while providing something new each time. Also, the deal on food is fantastic. The cooking means many meals are already built into the program cost. This allows for true eating like and Italian 5 days a week. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

NAU in Italy: Language and Linguine was a program I am glad I had the opportunity to participate in. Not only did I enjoying eating the Tuscan dishes I created each day, I learned so much about myself and Italian culture. I have grown in my cooking skills, my Italian language abilities, and as a person in general. If you like food, Italy, and pushing yourself, you'll never regret going on this study abroad program.
