Program fee is based on 14 participants.
The program fee includes: tuition and fees for 3 credits, the application fee, housing/lodging, health insurance, various excursions during the program. If you withdraw your application after admittance, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee, on top of any charges incurred on your behalf based on your time of withdrawal (group hotel reservations, local transportation etc). Please keep this in mind when applying.
The program fee is subject to change based on enrollment and increase in NAU tuition and university fees.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT for FACULTY LED PROGRAMS
After completing all application materials you will be able to submit your application. Once you submit your application, you will be charged the $100 application fee, which is only refunded if your program does not meet minimum enrollment. At the time of submitting of application, you should plan as if your program will meet minimum enrollment. A submitted application means you are committing to the program.
At the time that your program meets minimum enrollment, you will be charged a $500 deposit and the remaining program costs. If you withdraw after minimum enrollment is met, you are responsible for the $100 application fee, the $500 deposit, and any non-recoverable costs that were incurred on your behalf exceeding the $500 deposit. If you withdraw within 60 days of the program start date, you will be responsible for the entire program fee with no refund.
